These Terms of Service govern the use of the CORVUS ORACLE service, published by Mr. Omar YOUHAT (hereinafter the "Publisher"), a sole proprietorship (Micro-Entreprise) located in Nantes, France.

CORVUS ORACLE provides, via a paid subscription, statistical analyses and predictions based on artificial intelligence regarding sporting events (Tennis ATP/WTA, Basketball NBA).
THE USER EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT:
3.1 Informational Tool
CORVUS ORACLE is a decision-support and statistical analysis tool. It is in no way a sports betting site, nor a financial advisor.
3.2 No Guarantee
Predictions provided are based on probabilities. The Publisher does not guarantee the accuracy of the results. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
3.3 Financial Responsibility
The Publisher shall under no circumstances be held liable for financial losses, lost bets, loss of profit, or any other indirect damage suffered by the User. The User bets under their sole and entire responsibility.
3.4 Prevention
Gambling involves risks: debt, addiction, isolation.
4.1 Local Pricing
Subscription rates are adapted to the purchasing power of the User's country of residence.
4.2 Prohibition of Circumvention
It is strictly forbidden to use IP address masking techniques (VPN, Proxy, Tor, etc.) to subscribe at a lower rate.
4.3 Sanctions and Penalties
In the event of proven fraud, the account will be immediately suspended. A fixed penalty fee of €20 will be charged for fraud management costs.
Payment is made by credit card (via Stripe), cryptocurrency, or any other method proposed. The subscription is non-binding and renews tacitly each month.
6.1 Nature of Service
The Publisher is bound by an obligation of means (providing access to predictions) and not an obligation of result.
6.2 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
By validating their order, the User expressly requests immediate access to the service and definitively waives their right of withdrawal.
6.3 Exceptional Cases
The only refund requests accepted will be those related to a proven technical malfunction (e.g., total inability to connect for more than 48 hours).
All elements of the site (algorithms, texts, logos, analyses) are the exclusive property of the Publisher. Any reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
These conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is attributed to the courts of France.
